(The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) (20 U.S.C. § 1232g; 34 CFR Part 99) is a Federal law that protects the privacy of student education records. 

Solamente responderemos a peticiones desde el correo (del padre o tutor) registrado en nuestros archivos. Cuando el alumno alcanza los 18 años el padre o tutor le cede este derecho, porporcionándonos el email del estudiante.

From a legal perspective, there is no difference between a private school and an Umbrella School. This means that we can offer the legal protections of being a private school for students in countries with strict homeschooling laws while offering the freedom and flexibility of a home education, all the while ensuring our students are learning and growing.

We serve families across the globe by providing Hague Apostilles for any certificate or diploma if required by the family's home country. With an Apostille issued by the Secretary of State, any of the 117 countries in the Hauge Convention must accept our certificates and diplomas. We do not offer a curriculum as part of our umbrella school, nor do we recommend one curriculum for everyone. However, we work with various homeschool groups which provide curricula which may work for your family. We are also very familiar with many stand-alone curricula that have proved themselves as effective. There is also the option to create your own custom curriculum by picking and choosing various books and methods of instruction.
